Assembly Capabilities

AMZ’s Farmbrook Lane facility is a dedicated assembly plant with capabilities ranging from small bench size assembly to a large two ton bridge crane assembly line. Highlights include sub-assemblies for a variety of combat vehicles.

Farmbrook is a world class facility with modern amenities. It is clean, well lit, white walls, and painted epoxy floors. Work is certified to government and customer specifications. This includes First Article Tests (FAT), First Piece Inspection (FPI), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing approvals (GD&T), Process Validation, Customer and Government (DCMA) source inspections.

AMZ sources, plans and buys materials for a variety of assembly programs using leading edge cloud based AWS ERP technology. All materials receive incoming inspection in accordance with purchase order and drawing requirements. We have relationships with suppliers across the country in a variety of industries including but not limited to machining, fabrication, electrical components, hoses, transparent armor, rubber, plastics, metals and hardware.
